Originally
founded in 1981 as NU-TECH Building Systems
the Company went through a number of ownership
and name changes during its formative years.
In September of 1994, William J. Molle purchased
the assets of NU-TECH’s eventual successor,
Techbuilt Manufacturing, Inc. and re-organized
the Company as Techbuilt Systems, Inc. The
goal then, as it is now, was to provide
property owners and the building industry
with a simple, fully engineered system to
meet the need for better-insulated structures
in an environmentally friendly manner.
Using structural steel members and expanded
polystyrene, Techbuilt Systems produces
an open panel building system which provides
a near complete thermal break between the
outside surface of the wall and the inside
surface. These panels are then shipped to
the building site and used to construct
the building shell.
Our ability to provide panels from the
basement through the roof is one of the
unique features of the Techbuilt System
and lacking in most other competing systems.
Throughout the years we have continued
to innovate and a more fully developed building
system has evolved. Today, Techbuilt Systems,
Inc. can provide: wall panels up to 40’
in length; various panel wall height configurations;
crawl space wall panels; basement wall systems;
roof panels; frost-free footer foundation
panels; panelized floor joist systems; structural
ridge beams; curved wall panels; curtain
walls; tilt-up structural panels to 24’;
and many more innovative products.
Currently Techbuilt ships panelized homes
and commercial buildings throughout the
United States and the Caribbean. |
